Include the approximate time of the problem and the visible error code. Do not email roster contents, access tokens, refresh tokens, passwords, or calendar files.

Disconnect and delete

Use the ShiftPT disconnect function to revoke the retained Google grant. You can also revoke ShiftPT in your Google Account permissions. For deletion help, contact support from the email address connected to your ShiftPT account.
