Use ShiftPT only if you are authorized to access the configured roster and comply with your employer's rules.

Read-only service

ShiftPT can read the configured roster, answer supported questions, evaluate proposed reciprocal swaps, and create snapshot calendar files. It does not edit the roster, approve or execute a swap, notify another person, or write to a calendar.

Verification

A self-declared name is a selection, not identity proof. Verify important schedule information with the official roster or an authorized manager. Do not use ShiftPT alone for payroll, discipline, emergency, safety, legal, or other high-impact employment decisions.

Availability

The service can be unavailable or return a blocked result when authorization, source coverage, or consistency cannot be verified. Features and these terms can change. Continued use after an update means that you accept the updated terms.

Account responsibility

Protect your accounts and do not share tokens, credentials, roster data, or exported calendar files with unauthorized people. Report suspected unauthorized access to support.
